Welcome, I am Nadia, a gifted Craniosacral Therapist and Remedial Massage Therapist.
For over a decade I have been supporting people with their health and healing.
I work with and am not limited to, lifestyle aches and pains, trauma release, emotional release work, professional athletes, post operative care, chronic illnesses, children and more.
At the core of these different experiences is a person wanting to feel free of pain, whether that be physical, emotional, mental or deeper, and wanting to feel safe and capable in their body.

Remedial
Massage
Remedial Massage is the systematic assessment & treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments & connective tissues of the body. It helps in rehabilitation, pain relief, injury prevention and general wellbeing.
It helps to restore normal function to muscles and joints, to improve joint mobility and flexibility, stimulate the lymphatic system and promote blood flow.

Craniosacral
Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle form of bodywork. The client remains clothed, and the practitioner uses gentle touch to assess and treat. Through this touch the practitioner uses highly refined palpatory skills to identify areas of restriction. Rather than forcing the body into the "correct" position, we use techniques to assist the body to naturally release its restriction in its own specific way.
This type of treatment brings greater peace to the body and mind.
