CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral Therapy
A treatment that works in harmony with your body’s natural healing processes to help you ease pain, release tension, and restore balance.
What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a specialised division of osteopathic medicine, practiced worldwide. Developed from the pioneering work of Dr. William Sutherland and Dr. John Upledger, it uses an extraordinarily gentle touch — typically no more than 5 grams of pressure — to facilitate your body's natural capacity to heal.
Unlike practitioner-led treatments such as Remedial Massage, Craniosacral Therapy works with your body’s innate healing intelligence. Using a gentle, highly refined touch, Nadia feels and "listens" with her hands to the subtle rhythms within the cerebrospinal fluid, tissues, and bones. In this space of presence and safety, patterns of dysfunction can unwind voluntarily, restoring greater ease in both physical mobility and sense of being.
CST is especially effective for nervous system dysregulation, babies' health and physical and emotional trauma.

Who Can Benefit?
CST is especially powerful for:

Meet Nadia
Biodynamic & Biomechanic Craniosacral Therapist | Remedial Massage Therapist

About
Nadia brings a considered presence to her work, shaped by both professional experience and her own personal healing journey.
Nadia’s path into Craniosacral Therapy was unexpected—it’s something that, in many ways, found her. In those early days, she wasn’t quite sure what to make of it. Sceptical by nature and shaped by a hands on, practical country upbringing, it didn’t initially make sense, how could a treatment be so subtle but also so deep? Yet after each session, it was clear that something meaningful had shifted. Curiosity kept drawing her back, eventually leading her to devote the next decade to understanding this art of healing, through both Biodynamic and later Biomechanical Craniosacral Therapy.
Her interest in good health is not only professional, but deeply personal. Following a significant brain injury in 2021 that affected her cognition, memory, and autonomic functioning, Nadia found herself navigating many of the challenges her clients face. During this time, cranio became a steady support in her own recovery, helping her gradually restore function and return to daily life with greater ease. This lived experience brings a genuine depth of understanding, care, and respect to her work.
She continues to value the simple, hands-on nature of Remedial Massage, finding it very relieving when the body needs straightforward, physical support.
Outside the clinic, Nadia enjoys the simple, steady rhythms of everyday life—walking her dog, holding her husband’s hand, enjoying good food, and spending time in nature, often koala spotting in Whites Hill Reserve.
